Ten years ago in April 2007 Stolencars24 went online for the first time. So we celebrate a decade of reliable service together with you. The number of users is raising and Stolencars24 is mentioned in the mean time in many bulletin boards. In 2016 we had 121.000 visitors compared to 83.000 in 2015 and 75.000 in 2014. Also the number of database queries is increasing: 250.000 requests in 2016 compared to 220.000 in 2015. More than 5000 times a search was positive in 2016 and detected a stolen vehicle. Our database holds currently >3000 VINs and we have additional access to several police databases. We also introduced a new service for professional users: If you need Stolencars24 for your business and need to place more queries than the weekly limit of 25, you may online obtain vouchers which you can use whenever your limit is exceeded. This means that for the majority of our users which want to check some cars when they want to buy a used car, the service is still free of charge. And we think the professional users will acknowledge the benefit of our service.
